[Canberrauav] GEB Battery testing results

Doing the initial charge at 0.2a because my bigger power supply is hooked up to something else, and I figured for this first charge that slow wouldn't be a bad option. Will switch across to a bigger supply once this first charge is done, and then cycle at 3A (half C).
